PNG file of your desired window should appear on your desktop. Move the camera over the window of your choice and click once. The crosshairs should become a camera icon. Once the crosshairs have appeared, press the space bar. Start by pressing SHIFT, COMMAND (⌘) and the number 4, just as you would to draw a custom capture area.
